SHADOW GENESIS: INCEPTION | REBOOT PROJECT Explained (Part 3)

Almost slipped...

There was a moment where I forgot that today is July 3rd. A bigger muck up when I almost forgot tomorrow is the 4th (aside from Hurricane Arthur... who needs to stay in his lane over here in the Carolinas). Shame-shame on me… all this busy stuff on writing and other things almost had me lose track of time. Losing my social spark too was another situation I had for a bit. Writing so much and trying to keep up with it made me a ‘ghost’ in my own household. Yes, even the folks called me a stranger. I was stuck in my room and hardly coming out unless leaving out or the stomach demands ‘sustenance’… I think that is the word.

Then summer comes around and the house is loaded with little people.

…here I am calling these little people, little people, and I myself not even that tall. 5’7” with three topping my height, and they not even adults… not by a long-shot.

The growth in this family is crazy.

Selfie Photo Bomb (Or was it?)
After bombing out one of the nieces during her ‘Selfie Pics’ (which I firmly believe now is a set-up to catch me in a goof moment) it is back to edits and new note taking. Now I share with you what I promised last post I would show.

Now…for the Damned.

Ah, good ole Damned Plane, a world where ‘demons and devils’ roam, inspired by Hell itself (sort of… okay maybe a bit more than ‘sort of’) and home to the main villain of Shadow Genesis, Hellion. I designed the Damned after the ‘Nine Hells’ but not ‘exactly’ nine realms. It is a bundle of planes yes, but not exactly. No nine planes exist in the Damned. Don’t want to spoil and I rather let the ‘Reader’ discover and make theories for themselves until exposed… so I’ll just skip that part.

What I can say, is that the Damned itself is a plane of chaotic existence opposite of Haven, which is like a version of Heaven. Both planes share two sub-planes: Haven’s Phantasm Planes and the Damned’s Netherealm.

**Yeah that is right. For those who have read SG-V1 know that the Netherealm is actually another world separate from the Damned… but not as one may think. In SG-V1, Netherealm is home to the Nether Elves… not any more. In the reboot, it is now called Etvon’Osada (Nether Elves are now called Nel’Vier), thus removing Netherealm as a completely new plane related to the chaos realm. Both the Phantasm Planes and Netherealm are spiritual realms, Phantasm for benevolent spirits, and Netherealm for malevolent. I suppose one can say it is a Limbo? Will have to find out when time comes!**

SHADOW GENESIS - REALM WORK - THE DAMNED

The Damned (also called the Damned Plane, the Realm of the Damned, the Realm of Deimons, and the Deimos Plane), is seemingly a collective term used to describe one subset of planes of existence. Many claim the Damned itself is infinite as by design of Deimos the Fallen, and home to the chaos element Khthonium. The Damned has the least connection with the Mortal Worlds as it is not accessible and of a whole other nature like Haven, but over history has the Damned played itself as a linking result to countless conflict among the material realms and sources of corrupted power. Scholars believe that the Damned is a plane of infinite sin and punishment where those of wicked spiritus are destined to roam forever hunted by fiends and deimons. This is but the partial truth.

The Damned is literally a plane inhabited by deimons and fiends, and all things evil ruled by the Damned Queen. It was created by Deimos, who has since its creation--and like all other world makers--vanished. It has three known domains: Arpos, Elhoor, and Azrad, and is separated by the Sea of Red. The surface lands is only the top layer, while the bottom (or Underworld) is the Damned's Deep where Hellion resides. This supports the subspace theory scholars believe the Damned consists of.

There is another level beneath the Damned's underworld that is inaccessible. It shares a similar barrier like that of the material worlds prism crux, and is believed to keep the slumbering Deimos himself.

A Look At The Main Characters (Continued... again):

Esesael the Wicked (Unofficial)

SG-V1 features several characters from the Damned, each undergoing changes for the reboot. The most notable are Esesael, the elfiend of nel’vieri origins (from Etvon’Osada) who is one of Hellion’s faithful servants, Ozma Diredread, leader of Hellion’s Khthonian Knight Elite, and Necriss… an fiendish architect genius responsible for Hellion’s war machine. Allying with Hellion in Shadara is the Shadaran gigantar Krucial Hardgrave, a giant belonging to a mighty race of hulking humans (their males reach 10’5” while females hit a 9’1”) that share a strong dislike for the new sovereign. These big husky bundles of muscle and bone are not the only one cruising on the ‘hate train’.

Elsewhere, we have the Tirran Crimsynborn name Gyra Rosecaster on behalf of the Crimsyn Queen who also lends a ‘helping hand’ on the side of Hellion. This is another reason why I feature other worlds other than Shadara. There is a lot going on. Each story will ultimately tie together to the very end… and even then, the end is only the beginning.

And there is the Damned in short detail. Find out more when SG: Inception hits ‘soon’. 4th of July is hitting up so I may not post anything due to holiday-sake... save for a happy 4th of July or something. Jump back on the 5th for more of my bean-spilling on rebooting Shadow Genesis!
