Can't wait to get a hold of a Ps4.
So, a friend via a MMOSG/MMORPG (Massively
Multiplayer Online Social Game/ Roleplaying Game) I play showed me just how
behind the times I am… well not totally behind the times, but enough to a point
I have not been paying attention to a few software out by Microsoft.
Office 2013… don’t ask how I did not notice a
new MS out, but thanks to this person I am now up to date on that note. It’s
not so bad in use. I like the interface, including how OneNote looks. I mess
with MSWord and OneNote at most, never touching the others for… well I don’t
need. Simple. And if not mistaken MSWord is widely used any-who.
Notice some new features, features I may not
use, for when I am not using Scrivener I am in Word. I use Word to edit over my
manuscripts while Scrivener is the main workforce. I know one may say something
like: Then why is it probable of you using Word/OneNote 2013 and you can just
stick to the other?
Because I like Upgrading, that’s why.
Good thing I was shown this new version. I
probably wouldn’t have noticed it at all. Crazy enough I make sure to keep up
with the gaming world.
E3 was… strange.
There are only several games I look forward
to:
Final Fantasy XV (FF15)
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Lords of the Fallen
Legend of Zelda
Are to
name a few… with FF15 and DA:I my main targets. Oh, and that new Mass Effect coming!
Firstly, I must get that Ps4.
FINAL FANTASY XV
“A series of fantasies far from ‘final’… with
a few weird sequels.”
It was originally Final Fantasy Versus XIII
(13) when I first noticed it years ago (2006 I believe… yeah I remember now,
that E3) and as years went by, tried to keep up with the news. I always knew it
was a 15th Final Fantasy and that Versus XIII (in my opinion) was
one of those tricks to play on the fans. A harmless trick in my eyes, something
I’d pull too for a bit of fun, and this whole Fantasy/Reality thing they got
going, the strong modern fantasy look... and I have to say it looks pretty damn
good. Appeals to me on a wide scale. Though I am an FFNut, my first of the
series was FF7, then I jumped back to FF6 and played the older ones from then
on out. I can remember some of the others, being vague in lore and such, but
events trigger from time to time.
With this new FFXV coming, and how it looks
like a super-charged Kingdom Hearts in battle system with a twist (oh yeah!
That’s right KH3 I am waiting on too!) It’s a neat change from the unique, not
saying it’s the first ever done, but I like where they are heading… plus I am
not one to criticize on a destructive level like some 'jaded contrarians' (all of
them perhaps) tend to do in some crusade to oppose another opinion for the sake
of arguing a point. Have no time for those. Can check out the FF Wiki info HERE.
DRAGON AGE: INQUISITION
"The inquisitor."
The third sequel to Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2. Bioware
is at it again (ever since they had me with Mass Effect… which I need to
complete… again). From what I saw in the videos and info, I like the
improvements. DA2, although okay, had some… dungeon-look repeat syndrome and
such… but I completed the game not too long ago (having time) and now I am
ready for DA3. I am expecting both the Grey Warden and the Hero of Kirkwall to
return in some way or form. Want to know more? Check out this DRAGON AGE SITE
LORDS OF THE FALLEN
"So this god-dude whatever got incarcerated in a planet... with his hand sticking out and stuff."
Folk say it’s sort of like Darksouls, but I am not one to
pin games on other games since, well, I have a different look than most. I’ll
keep this pinned in my ‘to get/watch list’, but what I can see and read, it
looks like a game I will enjoy. I ran through Demon’s Souls and a bit of Dark
Souls, including Dark Souls 2 through a cousin of mine, and games like that…
tickle the hardcore fancy.
You’re going to die, and you’re going to die good in this
games.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA
"Enough said."
